Found on my CenturyTel phone bill a charge of $15.74 for Enhanced Voice mail. Never signed up for it, had a block on my phone for any long distance call out on my phone and CenturyTel told me that I need to call The Billing Resource at 888-296-8079, no answer.
CenturyTel told me by law the have to put the charge on my phone no matter who is making any charges to my phone.
Please send me info what to do.
