Leaves another holding the bag

I'd to stop DirecTV after I shifted in April because of no-line of website on my new home. I'd a $140.75 consideration credit that by January 6 I still haven't received. After-hours on-hold and being moved and disconnected I've chose to begin publishing everywhere to alert folks of DirecTV and its own rude CSRis and Administrators who do not consider their careers really.

Also it doesnt appear as though DirecTV requires severe the grievances against them. Submitted with BBB but still no reaction.
