Horrible service

Terrible! I attempted to purchase by mail and was informed there is an issue with my purchase. After I named them-they stated the camcorder was sold-out. I'd my spouse phone and attempt to spot an order for that bundle, that was in-stock. I talked using the supervisor who stated they'd not promote the camcorder being an individual item as publicized, but when I needed to update to some bundle they'd market it in my experience. Therefore it is false advertising.
