I've have been a customer for about 20 years now, and I can't belive how bad conns has become. I hate to say this because thier sale are good. But that is how they GET YOU. You buy something, then they sell you the service contract tell you how good thier service department is, but that is a lie.

Two years ago my microwave couldn't repaired so they told me they would replace it. Well i was without a microwave for more then 7 months before they dicited to replace it. I bought a poland lawn mower, it lasted one week. It took them over three weeks to get it back to me, because they would not replace it. A brand new lawn mower that only cut half of my yard, and my yard is small they also took the gas from the mower and poured it in the city drain.

Tom miller is the area manager for houston. I tryed to call him over six times every time. Someone would tell me they would let him know i was haveing problems and have him call he never did. I gave up. You see now I'm haveing problems with my washer they have been to my house about five times i lost count. I have been without a washer for about five months already. You don't how much you need a washer till your without one for that long.

I called the service department and they just give you the run a round. They treat you like sh-t. The bad thing about that is you can't even complaine about it to anyone, becuase the person you complain to is the one that run that department and she is always in a meeting or to busy and will call you back and gest what she dose not.

Well now they are not going to replace the washer. They are going to give me a store creadit for three hundred dollars, well that well not get the same size washer. I have to pay the differance. I am 69 years old, and these pepole have been to my house five times at least, and gest what they want me to pick up my washer and take it to them, why could'nt they have taken it the last time they came over to my house, they knew they where going to replace it by then.

Chuck McCullen works in the service department the manager i think, but gest what he is always in a meeting and will call you back they say. I have never gotten a call back from him... Conns once was a good store to go to, but they have changed. You can not complaine to anyone. The corporate office does not have a phone number to call for customer service the number they give you at the corporate office is for creidet only.

Conns has become a total rip off so if you dont care about customer service go their and feed the beast and help them have more grand opening. Let them take you money, because if you dont care about customer service you have money to give away. I know this they do have good prices and i will miss going their and saving money, but to me customer service is inportant i work hard for money I, m 69 years old and still go to work every day for my money. P.S. I have also tryed hand wrighting a letters to corporate office no reply..
