Avoid them! Lots of promises - poor execution. They won't cover their damage!

I've moved many times on corporate relocations. This one was the worst one ever. I made it clear to the sales person that I wanted the utmost in service since we have many high-end items. They definitely did not deliver on their promises.
I found out when my cable bill came that the packers had watched porn on our TV's and they also stole items from us. We also had some damage to our items.
I bought insurance but the company did anything they could to get out of paying. It left me with a very bad feeling about their company and the way they operate. I know sometimes employees do bad things, but the company should make some effort to make it right instead of making the customer fight for everything.
Bottom line - go somewhere else. Definitely don't use Summit Moving & Storage in Akron, Ohio. Lots of during the sales call. Poor execution on those promises. Wheaton Van Lines and Summit Moving & Storage both leave me with lots of negative feelings!
