A Advisors Ripoff Buyer for my timeshare Clermont Florida

I was told by a Michael Shaw with A Advisors that they had a buyer for my timeshare. I asked three times, you actually have a buyer for my timeshare and three times I was told yes. They initial amount a money they were asking for was $2,000 and once I indicate to them that I did not have that kind of money and I already spent that much on two other companies for the same type of thing. They assure me that they did in fact have a buyer and $1795.00 is what is needed for the estoppel letter and title search.

When I did not hear from them after they received the money, I e-mailed them letting them know that I haven't received any papers to sign from the buyer and what is the hold up. I was told that it was the scheduling with the buyer and all was needed was the acceptance letter from the buyer who has bought my timeshare and some others in blocks. I called Michael Shaw on his personal cell and was told that he no longer worked for the company, this was in September. Also spoke with a Mark White who supposely worked for Michael Shaw at A Advisors. My contract states if they do not sell my timeshare in 180days which will be up February 20 that I will be refunded the $1795.00.

I called on 2/4 to inquire and I was told someone will call me back, as of yet have not heard from anyone. If need be I will look into steps to get my money back as per the sign contract.
