Failure to ship product that was paid for. Would not respond to credit request ripped off and scammed

I purchased clothing on line and paid for overnight delevery that never came. They charged my credit card very promptly but never sent the merchandise. I have sent them at least 5 e-mails asking them to credit my account. They failed to respond. I did get a order confirmation. What a SCAM!!! Buyer Beware!!!
