Ripoff waste of time

MCI World is the the carrier for the State Prison Chuckawalla Valley and on March 10, they took it upon there company to put a block on quite a few customers phone service, then making the customer pay and large sum of money to set up the account to be able to receive call from the prison,

I find it quite hard to understand how a company can tell you how you can receive calls and how many and how much you can spend, i am a litle mixed up i thought it was the other way, if the customer is paying then it should make no difference, because i am now what they consider a new customer which i am not because i have been paying then more then $400.00 a month for the last two months

I am now restricted to only 12 calls a month.

Their customer service sucks i had operator 31 at mci world com tell me oh well that is the way it is and you should not have a jail bird in prison.
