Ranco Financial, Randall Kirkland, Randy Kirkland supposed lender for homes, very unprofessional, Danville

Contacted for home loan, said I qualified then held supposed letter for proof of eligibility hostage so I could not put in offers. Wanted me to wait till I made more money so I would spend more. And to use just his Realtor. When I told him I decided to use somebody else, he started to harass me, via emails and phone calls.

I wrote a warning to stop the harassment, and he kept doing it anyway, with a phone call too. He then sent an email telling me I was a psycho, warned him again via email to stop or I would call the police.

This person is very unprofessional, and tries to take advantage of you. He then is unhappy if you go elsewhere and then the barrage of his discontent is unleashed on you. He runs a two man office and tries to act like he owns 3 different offices.

I should have known when he had me send in an application for a loan, he said not to worry which "office" it went to because he was the president and would get it. He is his office via his iPhone. A very unhappy little man, with a little man complex, warning!
