Deceivers at Their Best. Total Liars

I began searching for a company that would produce silicone wristbands as quickly as possible. I came across a website, www.wristband-connection.com where they claimed free shipping and 1 day production. This worked great, as I wanted my wristbands as quickly as possible, but did not want to pay a whole lot.

When I clicked to place my order, I was sent to a completely different website, www.wristbandswithamessage.com. I was a little confused, and decided to call the number listed, to see what was going on.

When I discussed my situation with the operator, he would not acknowledge whether or not they were the same entity, but kept assuring me that they could produce wristbands for me. That's not what I wanted to know!

I feel completely deceived by this company, as I could not get a straight answer from any representative as to what was going on, and why they would be operating under two different company names. Because of their deception, I decided to take my business elsewhere, and will NEVER order with that company... Whatever they are actually called.

Beware! If you cannot answer straight forward questions about you business, how can you be trusted to provide a product to customers.
