Bank Bill-Pay Payments Not Credited on Time, Copies Cost $5 Each

I pay my bill through. I always pay it days ahead, yet my payment leaves bill-pay on time, then goes to? Then 2 weeks later I have a weird check # go thru my acct. For the amount I paid care credit 2 weeks ago, their solution, call my bank & get copies @ $5.00 a pop.
I had another payment clear my checking account & the say they never got it, so once again call bank.
This is a hardship on peoples credit reports.

The credit report industry is nasty enough without fraudulent companies helping them to screw the general public.
