Universal Timeshare Sales, Chantel Lewis, Kimberly Waters This is definitely a scam company! They are telling you they are the new preferred program thats been working with marriott to sell and rent out properties

This is a company that makes there money by scamming people. They have a list of marriott leads and they call them up and tells the customer that they are the new preferred program thats been working with marriott and anytime you have weeks banked with Interval International you are now able to rent them out, then they continue by quoting a price on there timeshare. They will say, right now we are getting anywhere between 3200-3800 per week for the rental. They also say that they do face to face rental and sales and make up stories about how they are having a convention this week.

They will also say that they have a group of doctors or lawyers that are interested in renting or purchasing. They conclude by saying there is a 1 time lifetime registration fee but it will cover you for the life of the property and that fee is 799 or 850 or 1350!!! Chantel lewis and Kimberly waters are the same people! They use different names but her real name is karen sanders!!!

So if anyone out there has been scammed and has filed complaints, karen sanders is the person who is really scamming them. I know this information because my boyfriend was an employee of universal timeshares. Yousseff alami is the owner of universal timeshares and he runs his business by scamming the customers! All the company really do is advertise on the internet there property for sale (something you can do yourself!)
