Placed Chemicals on 16 year olds head and burnt large hole requiring surgical repai

My sixteen year old daughter came home after work with color on her hair, I told her not to have it colored. I questioned who did it and that I was going to yell at them. She hid the fact that they had also burned her head open because of my reaction.

The stylist put her under the dryer and my daugher started to cry and say it burned according to the owner who I called several months later after I noticed the large bald spot. The stylist was outside smoking. My daughters friend came in and starting screaming so the owner said, they went and took care of the problem.

I gave the owner the opportunity to come up with a solution and call me back, she did not. They had refunded the $100 that they had charged my daughter after coloring her hair and burning her head. They told her to put neosporin on it.

My daughter has to have her scalp stretched atleast once by a plastic surgeon and has walked around having to cover up a large bald spot for almost a year now. Her hair stylist now said she has never seen anything like it in her life.

Bottom line... BAD ethics by treating a minor with chemicals
Charging someone whose head you just burnt?
Not following up with the parent, as an owner should?
Smoking while you have a client with chemicals on?
