Bad service

I requested a celeron 566 pre-overclocked to 850 having a powerleap neo S-370 adapter from cantek. After needing to get the processor in the advantages factory since I had beennot below to signal for this, the processor didn't function. I adopted their installation directions obviously and created many calls for their techsupport. I delivered the processor for exchange plus they stated I ruined the processor and wouldn't matter a return or trade. I did so a chargeback with credit but cantek lied to credit claiming I ruined the processor and got the chargeback corrected. Today I'm caught having a useless processor and that I am out $200.
