Pinnacle Finance - t-mobile
While deployed in Iraq, they didn't put my phone on military status. They cancelled and sent it to collections

I was a customer with T-mobile for 6 years. I was deployed to Iraq in June of 07. Customer service failed to put my phone in the proper status, therefore it was canceled in Aug 07, then sent to collection in Sept 07. I called customer care and they said I would have to speak with the collection agency. I called the agency (pinnancle finance), they did not care that I was in Iraq at the time of mistake or the fact that I had nothing to do with the mistake. They really gave no regards that I was risking my life everday and was not able to use the phone or internet.
