Scammer. Take your money without fulfilling your order. Avoids calls & lies about refunding your money

I placed an online order for comp cards. Their system prompted me to provide my credit card info first without allowing me to first create desired comp card design. After I provided my information my credit card was charged, & I never received an opportunity to input the specifics of my desired comp card design. Furious, I demanded a refund. I was promised several times by "Paul" (may be a false name) that my refund request was "approved", and that the check was "on the way".
