Missing Items, Not Communication or refund of Compensation

My complaint is in regard to the missing items and no compensation for those missing items. The person in the holding warehouse was great, I thought at the time but when my things finally arrived months later in Australia it was too obvious that items missing where taken from my possesions while stored in the US.
I had to keep emailing and calling just to get paperwork to make a claim on the missing items. When I finally get the paperwork I made sure I filled it in and provided all the photos, and information required. It is now over 6 months and I still do not have any reply on my claim. I have rang and emailed, asked to speak to the Manager and put through to someone else. No-one answers my messages, or letters. They think I live to far away to do anything so ignore me.
After reading others reports here I had to say something. I now have a sewing cabinet and two bookcases I cannot use because a key piece is missing.
This is the worst move I have ever experienced.
