Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud, double billed charges on credit card for service never received

I tried to order 2 phones on line. Kept coming up page won't display. Quit trying. Credit card statement was billed twice at $211.00 each. Finally got credit for one charge.

Have contacted over and over by phone, fax and letters. Say they will check, never call back. Sixteen months now and they still owe me $211. They keep sending me monthly statements with -0- balance. Still getting them.

Had opened account with them through local store before they refused to reimbursement me. Can't get out of contract til April. Will never have another Sprint account of any kind.

Recommend never ordering from them on-line. No one takes responsibility for errors.
