Order placed 12/30/08, charged $45.81 to my account. Still no product as of 1/29/09

12/28/08 I placed an order with All State Beauty.com for 3 Joico ICE Definer's. They promptly charged my account for $45.81

1/15/09 I emailed info@allstatebeauty.com to check status on my order (that I have a hard copy of).

1/29/09 I called the phone number of ASB and when I selected the customer service option, the phone never rang, it went to dead air for about 60 minutes then cut off.

1/29/09 I emailed them again and also filed this report.
