Dishonest fraudlent obscene rude and unprofessional

I was contacted by Mr. Dan Schmidt to schedule a preliminary interview at his business. I drove to Charlotte on March 12 to meet with him at 2pm. He explained to me that Haldane Associates was a career counceling and placement service. He asked me to complete a number of forms to see if his company would take me on as a client for their services.

Upon returning home later that evening, I decided to research the company online, as I had questions about how much this 'career counseling' would cost me or who paid for it. I was able to find over 350 complaints about this company on this website about how the company was basically taking individuals money and not giving them exactly what they paid for. I decided at that moment that I did not want to continue communication with this company.

Around noon on March 13 my girlfriend Michelle called Mr. Schmidt on my behalf to notify him that we would no longer need his services after reading the huge number of complaints posted on the internet and that "his business was full of crap" and stated this in a nice tone. We did not make any deragtory comments directly to Mr. Schmidt.

At 2:02pm on March 13, Mr. Schmidt left us a message on our voice mail that stated (this is verbatim and we have a copy of the full message he left us in his voice): "tell Michelle to get off her fat ass and worry about her own self - okay?"..."we would never take any body like you anyway if you can't stand up for your self and you have your little little bitch Michelle call up here. Bye bye."

Upon recieving this message, we immediately notified our local phone company who we are awaiting a call back from and our local police department to determine if there was a crime committed with this obsene, harrassing telephone call.
