They deducted $17.95 for the ability to print my own stamps. Why would a 68 year old retiree on a fixed income need this?

I had $17.95 deducted from my account, without my approval. I am a 68 year old retiree on a fixed income, and do not work or have to work. Why would I want to print postage on my computer, when I can use the post office? This has to stop!
