Really disappointed and discouraged with my (attempted) purchase from Apex Battery. Attempted to-order a projection light for my Mitsubishi Television. Looked all around the internet for that specific component number, supplied by Mitsubishi. Discovered Top. Not the least expensive, but cheaper than several.

Long story short, they delivered me then drastically wrong component. I confirmed my purchase several, many occasions to become appropriate.

I'd to come back the incorrect component, watch for my cash to become returned after which make an effort to purchase again. Well, after I visited reorder, the component choose to go up $100 in cost!!! They stated that initially there is a mistake within their repository and my (totally proper) part number was recommended from the wrong component. Additionally they stated that, (easily) they no further bring the light only. You've to purchase the whole property

Therefore, in the toughest, it had been a baitandswitch. At-best it had been negligence/neglect because it relates to their stock management and delivery error.

From my viewpoint, I Have been 3 weeks without my Television today and had my cash tangled up for just two of these 3 months. Their assistance everyone was enjoyable, but only a little unresponsive in the beginning. It wasn't till I'd named three times and got only a little manipulative that I began receiving delivered calls. These were absolutely ethical and 'comprehension', but fundamentally, from the customer viewpoint, it had been not really a great deal at-all - main point here

I Would help you to become careful when purchasing as there may totally possible be additional 'mistakes' within their stock database.
