Discover Deceptive Telemarketing Scam

DiscoverCard contacted me to inform me that I would be receiving by postal mail an application for a IDENTITY THEFT PROTECT 800-347-3089 UT Service.
They told me on the phone that I could decide whether or not I wanted this service by mail. I never received the piece of mail but I did receive a charge of $9.99 for this service on my Discover gas card.
Apparently when they are speaking on the phone they get you to say YES four times and then they sign you up.
The representative on the phone told me that the phone conversation would not commit me to this service, Which I am not interested in. Normally I don't listen to these call's. I wish I didn't listen to this one.
