Your merchantise will not be delivered, they will not return you calls (assuming the voice mail isn't full which it usually is) and if you're lucky to get through to a person (Sam), he will tell you the computers are down and he'll call you later. That never happened.

If you order from them, use a credit card where you can despute the charges.
