Unauthorized charges from my debit card

Got a charge on my bank acct for $24.95 for a magazine I did not buy or want! Called the number, never got to talk to anyone, just on hold. Hung and called back and then it said they could not take my call right now, due to system problems! Yeah right! My bank did refund my money, and I had to have my card cancelled, get new card and pin, what a pain.
