Rip-off dishonesty no remorse fake credit card offers

I recieved a call in October of last year about a credit card with a 2500 limit and of course i jumped on it. With me having no credit i thought i would be starting credit but boy was i wrong. When they called me i was hesitant at first, but i soon gave in.

I have two seperate accounts i authorized them to thake the 221.95 out of my savings. They did and also took it out of my checkings. I have called them up til this day. I recieve fliers every week and they are constant calling. How can i get this nightmare to end???
