To all the stylists who have "SPOKEN!" before me! 100%

This is going to feel really good. I have despised this salon chain for years, not only do they verbally abuse a large majority their employees,
they potentially harm them by commonly NOT allowing a break of any kind.
No joke, standing for 8,9, 10, hours w/out water, food, or just sit for 5 minutes, in less than 5 months, I had physical injury to my legs, shoulder,
and hands. FOOT PAIN IS A GIVEN!!!
The icing on this one, they force employees to "clock out" 30 min. To cover against labor laws.
I was young and fresh out of school when I worked for Great Clips, 20 years ago, nothing has changed, except the paint.
I worked for them for 6 years, why does anyone stay a week???
