Unauthorised billing to credit card

I came across a cost of $29.95 0n my master card out of this organization I've ni thought who they're or the things they provide. After I named their Customer support they stated I'd registered for many wellness exercise factor that we never did which in the revenue talk I had been informed I'd be charged this every month I've no idea what they're referring to. Is that this authorized, im sure not. They're horrible individuals preying on others for financial gain incredible!
