On 12/04 I ordered an item from this web site store. The item was much cheaper on this site (that should have raised a red flag but it didn't) and I promptly received an order confirmation email. The next day I received an email stating that my order was" being processed for shipping".

On 12/15 I received an email stating the same thing as the last email. On 12/19 I received an email stating that "your order will shipped by the end of the week". It also stated "I want you to know that your order is still guarateeded to arrive before Christamas". The spelling errors are theirs.

On 12/25 (Christmas day) I received this email message. "This is just a courtesy e-mail letting you know that you should look for your order within the next day or so". The package arrived at the Post Office on the 29th of December and I refused the delivery. On the same day I sent an email to their customer service dept, telling that I had refused delivery and that I wanted them to credit my card.

I have received no communications from them and my card has not been credited. I tried to contact them by phone and received no answer. I also tried their "live chat" but within a couple of minutes after I typed my request, I got a message saying that their system was down. I have also noticed that they have changed their phone number again.

This company is obviously the type of company that you don't want to do business with. They give internet shopping a bad name and should be put out of business. I plan to file a complaint with my State's Consumer Protection Office and followup as much as possible so that this company is punished for their practices. That's the nice thing about being retired. I have time to deal with these type of people.
