I called and cancelled almost a year ago and... Georgia

I called and cancelled in April. DirectMatches is still taking money from my account after calling to cancel almost a year ago, sending multiple emails telling them to stop because I have cancelled and they tell me I have to keep calling. No, I called once, they gave me a confirmation number that I cancelled. They will not stop and tell me in emails that I have to call to cancel again, no I cancelled already. I did my part.

I want them to stop now, I want all the money back that they took. It was not theirs to take. I shouldn't have to change my life because of them. I did what they ask, why can't the respect me that way and just simply cancel me out of their system like I had wanted almost a year ago? I am sick of this. I did my part, why can't they do theirs? I don't want any part of them. And I want people to know what they will be facing if they join. This is not right at all.
