I cancelled national payment systems they were my credit card provider. I now use bank of america as of 3/28. Nps keeps billing me for 36.44 that i do not owe and sent this to a collection agency allen and associates. I wrote two letters to nps cancelling them. They kept sending bills. Then i called mr allen and tried to explain i didn't owe any money and he started screaming at me that i personally guaranteed this money and i owed it. I asked how i could owe it if i cancelled them and he said it was going on my record and hung up on me. Maureen archambault
