They would not honor their warranty, I sent them a check for re-issue on a warranty claim

Southwet marine provided a defective lower unit for my boat. They originally sent me a refund check, but it was written to the wrong person and they would not re-issue it. When i asked Greg, the Owner, to do this he said thorough a salesman that he is not willing to do this. I would urge people be careful and do not do busssiness with these people.
