These people are the most unprofession organization I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. The people that work there are ignorant and appaulingly low class and rude. I have had to deal with them on a professional level not at the level where they were collecting money from me. Joe Bay and Lisa Diventi are just disgusting and ignorant.
