Shipping Nightmare

I ordered 2 cushions from Cushions.com
I entered all my information on their website ie: address, phone #, email address etc.

After 6 weeks I emailed the company asking when my
order would be fulfilled. I was told the order had been
returned to them because there was never a person
home to sign for it. I contacted them again and asked
where they sent it to. It had been shipped to an
address that I haven't been at for a year.

I paid via Paypal and my address is updated, but for
some reason it came up as the shipping address.
When I told them I had entered all my vital information
on their website the girl said they always go with the
address on Paypal. I was then told I had to pay for shipping again and couldn't cancel my order. I find it odd, I've never encountered this with any other
online company and always pay via Paypal.

I could go on to explain the lack of communication and
the weird comments I got, But, just a word of warning of this company.
