Horrible place to work for! The small company prides themselves for not "winging" issues but that's what you need to do to survive. During my stay I had numerous people telling me how to do my job in different ways and was ridiculed for doing it. I never felt so dumb in my life! I had diligently wrote notes down for all procedures to make sure the job was done correctly. When told to do something that swayed from my procedure, I was told my ears heard wrong. I was consistently made the fall guy on everything and anything that happened within the company. The poor woman who I was replacing escaped with good reason.in doing so she left the company in a mess because no one knew how much she actually did for years with the company. I only write this review to warn others of the kind of people who work there and the environment they will be getting into if employeed. Beware!
