Report: Deceptive, scam artists, breach of contract

Please be aware that Broken Sound Productions (BSP) and aliases are a group of harmful and deceptive related individuals (Larry Warm and Eric Warm), who scam businesses and professionals through false advertising and other deceptive sales tactics. There is also a possibility of them using aliases such as Brian Cregar, Kelly Cortez, Scott Kother, and Brian Sutton.

Other Warm family members involved with Lawrence (Larry) and Eric Jon Warm are possibly:

Steven Warm, ESQ.
David J. Warm

BSP breached a contract with my company and I have found they have done the same thing to many others.in our situation, they disseminated WE tv materials and sold us on a television package including promotional consideration on an upcoming television show called Americas Best Product. They also included (in this contract) commercial airtime in several markets but could not provide proof of these commercials airing. The AmericasbestProduct.com site is now down too.

Www.brokensoundproductions.com has been taken down several months ago, and several frustrated individuals and companies (including the one that I work with and a client involved) have increased in their plastering the Internet with notices that BSP is a scam operation. They most likely removed it to cover tracks, they also have no less than 6 or 7 other websites up that he uses as fronts to scam video contractors and clients.
