James Needles - ARDC Of The Illinois Supreme Court, A filed complaint against attorney Martha A. Pagliari made to look like a simple letter of communication

In December I filed a complaint with the Illinois ARDC against attorney Martha A. Pagliari. Back in I contacted ST. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company's claims center regarding a wrongful-death claim involving a hospital fire that claimed my aunt's life. I was refered to one of their claims adjusters, Martha A. Pagliari.

For nearly two years I wrote her letters regarding my decedent's claim. I got her to responded to my letters in writing. During our communications, not once did she indicate in her letters that she was a license active attorney. Just last December I thought about her and my suspicion of her and decided to check to see if she was an attorney. I went to the website of the Illinois Attorney Registration And disciplinary Commission and sure enough I was right on target.

The search indicated that Martha A. Pagliari, is an active licensed attorney presently registered to DePaul University School of Law. She is on their faculty as an instructor teaching DePaul law students. Martha A. Paglairi indicated in her Biography that she was once a partner with Cassiday Schade & Gloor. This made a red flag go up immediately, because this law firm was the defense lawyers for the hospital in my aunt's wrongful-death claims. This means that she was not a claims adjuster, but was an attorney in disguise.

After gathering my evidence my sisters and I filed a complaint in December against her with the ARDC in Chicago, Illinois. Our complaint was handed over to James L. Needles of the ARDC. He responded to January 5. He refered to our complaint as (receiving our communication regarding Martha A. Pagliari and that he initiated an "inquiry". Then noted (We will advise you of our decision). We have filed several complaints against our former unethical attorneys and others before, which he never refered for an investigation.

We wonder why each time we file a complaint why it winds up in the hands of James L. Needles. We know that our complaint is going no where fast. We wonder if he is the only person that works for the ARDC? He assigned COMMISSION NO. 08 CI 5752 to our complaint. They do not refere to it as a complaint number, which it should be clasified as.

Again, James L. Needles is a Joke. We question who pays his salary. Is he paid by the state or is he paid by attorneys whom he shields from investigations? Being that he is an attorney too, his job is well done by protecting other attorneys from the public like us. Through James Needles the ARDC is not really serving as a protector of the public from unscrupulos attorneys. Through Mr. Needles the ARDC shield some fruadulent attorneys from valid complaints that could ruin the reputation of attorneys and deminish the public's trust.
