I purchased Uggs from them too. Once they arrived, these were definately fake versions. I've attempted to mail, phone and fax aswell. No reply. I submitted a study using the bBB in California. I really hope that anything happens. I've delivered the shoes for them with evidence of return but still haven't been acknowledged. I'll be calling my lender alongside assure my money-back because it was on the charge card
