Poor company

I requested two printer replacements, which Printpal stated had exactly the same OR better-quality than fresh types. Them both don't function, they produce in lines and also the documents emerge unreadable. I'm educated with computers which means this isn't a mistake on my component, they offered me two phony items. The toughest element is I'd need to pay delivery to come back them, based on their less-than-qualified customer support group. NEVER purchase from Printpal, chances are you'll get attached.
