I ordered 1 letter from SentBySanta.com for 9.99 and the child never did receive it. I contacted the by email, no response... Apparently the calling is not working since it states above that it is connected to a fax machine. I began growing curious about this when there was never an update to my order status. And yes they do take you money very quickly and then nothing... It is the principle at this point, its just wrong. I was going to do research, and found that others had this problem. So i decided to write a report to.
