Harrasing calls at my work

Fms Investment Corp, Pinnacle Credit Services has been calling me at work as well as calling my co-workers over a student loan that is 25years old. I tried settling this 5 years ago offering 3,000 but they preferred to get the 15% of my salery which left me no choice but to quit my Job I will no pay extortion money to a rip-off company like this.

Is their a statue of limitations and is their a way to stop them from garnishing my salery. Which is likly their next tactic.

I've also tried working directly with the department of education but they refused to even concider my offer.
