Fraudulent charges to my visa card

I signed up for a free credit report and was sent an email confirming a membership in some club. I immediately replied, saying that I did not want to sign up in anything that cost any money, I just wanted my free credit report. This was in August.

I just recently became aware that charges on my Visa for the past 16 months were from this website. I didn't catch it because the charges were only for $1-2 at a time, sometimes 2-3 days in a row.

I called the 877 number listed and was only given 3 options. I could never talk to a live person. I had the same problem with the website. I could not find any good contact info except a po box address.

I was able to cancel and have contacted my bank for further assistance. Please stay away from this website!!!
