Benaroos Only Online Consumer beware of BENDAROOS - total ripoff

I had the same experience as all the other folks that have complained. What I found interesting is my order was December 16th, which I immediately sent an email to cancel the order. But they did NOT post against my account until January 2nd. I guess they thought I would not notice. I want this transaction reversed and my money back. 86.00 for some pipe cleaners? They got to be crazy. Why doesn't someone put this company in check? I have filed a complaint with the state of Missouri. I will change my account number on my card because I KNOW they still have my information and I don't put it pass them charging my card again at some future date. This is why I don't like doing business on the internet. Because it is not safe.

This company is a total disgrace. And to think they advertised on the children's stations. Can't you complain to the stations too about their actions? I will check on that also. I want them shutdown, so no other parent or grandparent has to explain to the child why they won't get their bendaroos and what the problem is.
