IMAX Credit card processor is still taking funds from my business checking account 6 months after canceling my merchant account in writing

Imax Bankcard Network is a credit card processing company that fraudulently takes money from its customers. I canceled my merchant account over six months ago and Imax continues to take money from my business account on a monthly basis, including a recent $89.00 annual fee charge. My cancellation was done in writing, as requested by Imax and it was confirmed received.

I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Imax due to my bad experience and poor customer service. I have left several messages that were never returned, I have been left on hold, I have been shuffled around their phone system only to be led to a dead end every time. Their recordings ask for you to leave a message with a promise to have your call returned quickly, although this recording is just another one of Imax's lies.

I am considering a class action law suite against Imax and I have a attorney that would be the man for the job if I can find enough victims to begin this siute.
