Eagle Distributing rip-off Billed my credit card for nothing

Eagle Distributing Inc. Told me that the order would not ship for 2 weeks and that my credit card would be billed prior to shipping. I changed my mind the same day I placed the order and called them up to cancel, all I got was a voice mail and they did not call me back the same day.

I received a call from them the next day, they told me that they had already charged my card and that there would be a 3% charge by the card company that was nonrefundable. I was not told this prior to placing the order and surprised that they had charge my card so quickly.

I have purchased items from other companies and they tend to wait to charge until the items ship.
