I purchased items for my child and paid for Priority Shipping. Total of $39.95 was taken from my account via Pay Pal. Weeks later, many emails and phone calls later, and no merchandise and no response from seller. This person, Victoria Hegg, goes under the online name of Vickys Online Dollar Shop. The shop has since been closed.

Buyer Beware of anything being sold by the following: Vicky Lea Hegg of Warroad, MN or Bemidji, MN or Angela or David Foline of Red Wing, MN. All of these names seem to be connected to this scammer! Report 389741 on this website had the same problem with this.
