Vonage - the most arrogant and cruel of telephone rip offs!

I had just installed service with Vonage, a digital service for telephone which crashed three days after installation. It's was a huge issue for me as I was in the middle of sensitive and timely communication overseas on various projects so this was absolutely critical for me to sort out as a priority. Seemingly Vonage said they would not be able to send someone to fix their faulty equipment for me to have service before one week from the day it crashed as they REFUSE to send someone in over the holidays. So imagine being a single person in New York without a telephone for ONE WEEK!

Incidentally they had lied about their service; in the paperwork saying they would help right away. After more than 10 HOURS on the phone with representative after rep, I realized they were seriously only playing for time and DEFINITELY wasting my time. They had no intention of fixing their faulty system until THEY decided they would, that if they would at all - totally unacceptable! So of course I was (and still am) not only furious and anxious with this company I'm ended up doing a lot of running around using people's phone lines to sort myself out with alternative service. I decided to go back to Verizon (which was not that problematic in the first place). I was only trying to save money by using Vonage. Turns out vonage cost me a lot more in terrible unacceptable arrogance in service and money! Never use this horrific company - no exceptions!!!
