Complete Investigation Services is a SCAM. I paid close to $100 for information to search for a former employee that criminally wronged my company. I found nothing on CIS website, and was charged for the searches. There is NO contact information for CIS as in an address or phone number. I even used the site to find out information on CIS and again recieved nothing. Do not use this site.
