They claim to match singles but after 3 months, i have not heard anything from them

When I was contacted by them to set up an appointment, the girl talked to me for several minutes & was so excited. She said she had the perfect
person in mind for me. So we set up the appointment. When I arrived at their office, I was met by a different girl. After about an hour and a half, she said she also had the perfect person for me.

I thought this sounded good so I paid the fee of $3500.00. She inferred that they guaranteed at least one date a month. It has been over three months & I haven't heard anything from them nor have I had even one referral. I feel this is breach of a verbal contract but the written contract does not say anything of the sort. I would like to know if anyone else has had a situation like this or if anyone has had any luck with them.
