I've been a Sage client for over 10 years. I recently requested them in regards to a $9.50 FCC point cost after studying the Texas PUC rules restricting the cost to $6.50. Sage advised me that Texas PUC doesn't have juridiction over their costs. After talking to the Texas PUC I then found out the $6.50 restriction is actually restricted to the incumbent supplier (ATT) which Sage may charge whatsoever they are able to manage with. I then selected to stop Sage. I began my support with ATT however it was 5 times in to the new payment period for Sage. Sage charged me to get a complete thirty days instead of prorating me for that 5 times I'd their support. After I named them-they were instantly really rude and defensive. They advised me that they don't pro rate and that easily had read my declaration in 2007 I'd have realize that. She actually mentioned that "you evidentally did not read your declaration". I have never been overdue of had any issues but I - can guarantee you this is just a business that cares nothing about their clients. They cost significantly more than all the others. You shouldn't be confused by thier advertised price. They consider one to the products on all the additional costs plus they do not provide two hoots concerning the customeris.
